I am Lisa. I blend, fill and pack every Caberston order myself, and I read every message that comes through this form.
If you are trying to work out whether something will suit your skin, tell me what you react to and I will tell you honestly whether I think one of mine will help — including when the answer is no.
I reply between batches, so it is usually a day or two rather than the same afternoon.
Before you write
Can you tell me which product is right for my skin?
Yes, and I would rather you asked than guessed. Tell me what your skin does — tight after cleansing, red by the afternoon, reacts to citrus, whatever it is — and I will tell you which of the seven I would start you on, or that none of them is right for you.
Something I bought has irritated my skin. What now?
Stop using it and email me. I will refund you whether or not you are inside the thirty days, and I would be grateful if you told me which product and what happened — it is how the formulations get better.
Do you supply shops or do custom orders?
On a small scale, yes. Everything is made by hand in one workshop, so quantities are limited and lead times are real — but do ask.
